The Way To... was formed in April 2005 by principal consultant Rashmi Pandav. Its objective has always been to deliver top quality training, personal development and housing development consultancy services, which are based on many years of professional experience.

A national training provider, The Way To... has worked with clients of all sizes, in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors. It has developed numerous standard courses but the majority of its work focuses on in-house training, delivered at the customer's choice of venues.

We have more than 25 years' experience of public speaking and have addressed everything from small workshops to audiences of many thousands at venues such as the prodigious Manchester MEN Arena. Consequently, we are able to provide expert coaching on all aspects of presentation.

Our other key field of expertise is that of housing. Our long standing association with the housing sector began in the 1987 and since then, we have handled all aspects of the development process - working on schemes that have dealt with general needs housing, sheltered accommodation, special needs projects and many other initiatives.

As a result, we are ideally placed to provide training and consultancy support across many different subjects - ranging from personal development and managerial skills to specialist subjects such as housing provision for people with learning difficulties.
